  1. Flodesk x Squarespace Integration

    • Automatic customer sync – Flodesk creates a dedicated segment for your Squarespace store, so all your customers are easy to find.
    • Post-purchase workflows – Trigger a Flodesk workflow the moment someone buys, and even filter by specific products for more relevant follow-ups.
    • Simple connection – Connect from your Flodesk integrations page or right in the workflow builder when setting up a purchase follow-up.

  2. Team Seats: A better way to collaborate inside Flodesk

    New Feature

Now you can invite collaborators into your Flodesk account—without sharing logins or giving away too much access.

    Here's what's new

    • Assign roles that match responsibilities. Give each teammate the right level of access with Admin, Manager, or Editor roles.
    • Work independently, together. Everyone gets their own login, so you can collaborate securely without overlapping or confusion.
    • You stay in control. Easily manage permissions from your team members tab in your account settings.
    • Whether you're working with a VA, designer, writer, or business partner, Team Seats gives you the confidence to delegate inside Flodesk—without compromising security or control.
