  1. Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

    New Feature
    MFA Visual — FB Post

Add an extra layer of protection to your account with multi-factor authentication (MFA). When you turn it on with an authenticator app, every email-and-password login asks for a one-time code from your phone to verify it's really you logging in.

    Here's whats new

    • Turn on MFA anytime from Account settings > Account overview. Scan the QR code with the authenticator app you already use, enter the code it generates to confirm, and you're set.
    • Once it's on, your authenticator code replaces the email verification code (OTP) you're used to at login so your password alone isn't enough to get into your account.
    • The code is also required when you authorize a third-party app that connects to Flodesk through the API, keeping those connections just as protected.
    • Prefer to sign in with Google? Nothing changes for you. Your second factor stays whatever MFA you've set up on your Google account.
    • Need to turn it off? You can do that from the same Account overview page after re-authenticating.

  2. Unengaged Subscribers segment

    New Feature

A clean, engaged list is what keeps your emails landing in inboxes, and now Flodesk helps you maintain one automatically. Your new unengaged subscribers segment surfaces the active subscribers who've stopped opening and clicking, so you can review and clean your list without building a single filter.

    Here's what's new:

    • A pre-built segment that updates on its own, so you're always looking at your current list of inactive subscribers with no rebuilding or refreshing.
    • Clear criteria you can view anytime: active subscribers who joined your list more than 180 days (about 6 months) ago and, over the last 180 days, have received at least 6 of your emails without opening or clicking any of them.
    • Subscribers leave the segment automatically the moment they re-engage, whether that's opening or clicking an email, making a purchase through a Flodesk checkout or resubscribing through a form or an integration.
    • Archive these subscribers to move them off your active list in a few clicks, and it's reversible if you ever need to bring someone back.
    • Exclude them from a send in one click by choosing the segment from the "Suggested exclude" section in the sending flow.

  3. A/B test your subject lines

    New Feature

Not sure which subject line will get more opens? Now you can find out. Subject line A/B testing for email campaigns lets you send two subject line variations to a portion of your audience—then automatically delivers the winning subject line to the rest of your list.

    Here's what's new

    • Built into the send flow: no separate setup required. Click Add A/B test in the subject line step of any email campaign send flow to add a second variation.
    • Automatic winner selection: after 24 hours, the subject line with the higher open rate is sent to your remaining recipients. No manual follow-up needed.
    • Audience split preview: once recipients are added, click See details to see exactly how your audience will be divided between variations and how many recipients are waiting for the winner.
    • Works for both send now and scheduled campaigns: the test runs for 24 hours from whenever your campaign sends.
    • Results in Email analytics: open rates and click rates for both subject lines appear side by side, with the winner clearly marked.
    • Email notifications: you'll get an email when your test starts and another when results are in.

  4. Calendar view

    New Feature
    Calendar

Finally, a bird's-eye view of your entire email marketing schedule—right inside Flodesk. Calendar view shows your sent emails, scheduled campaigns, and saved drafts all in one place, so you can plan ahead, spot gaps, and keep your send cadence on track without a spreadsheet in sight.

    Here's what's new

    • Month and week views—Toggle between the two depending on what you need. Month view is great for planning ahead; week view shows exact send times and gives you more control when rescheduling.
    • Drag to reschedule—Move scheduled emails and drafts to a new date (or date and time in week view) by dragging them on the calendar. No need to open the email and go through the schedule flow.
    • Add emails directly to a date—Hover over any future date and click the + icon to create a new draft pinned to that day.
    • Duplicate from the calendar—Click any email, open the three-dot menu, and select Duplicate to use it as a starting point for a new campaign.
    • Customizable week start day—Prefer Monday over Sunday? Update it under Account Settings > Account overview.

Note: Calendar view shows campaign emails only. Workflow emails, forms, and checkouts aren't included.

  5. Archive subscribers

    New Feature

A cleaner list shouldn't mean permanent decisions. Subscriber archive gives you a reversible way to remove contacts from your active sending list without deleting their data or losing your history with them.

Archived subscribers won't receive marketing or workflow emails, but their records stay intact and they don't count toward your plan's subscriber limit. If they fill out one of your Flodesk opt-in forms down the road, they'll automatically be reactivated. And if you change your mind, you can restore them to active at any time.

    Here's what's new

    • A new “archived” status for subscribers you've removed from active sending—either manually, by a team member, or automatically by Flodesk to protect your deliverability
    • Bulk archive and unarchive—filter your list, select multiple subscribers, and archive or restore them all at once
    • Archived subscribers can still receive commerce purchase receipts, so you won't disrupt transaction history for past customers
    • Automatic reactivation—if an archived subscriber opts in through one of your Flodesk forms, they'll be moved back to active (or unconfirmed, if you have double opt-in enabled)

  6. Email Expiration in Workflows

    New Feature

Time-sensitive workflows just got smarter. You can now set an expiration date and time on individual emails in your workflows—so if a subscriber reaches that step after the cutoff, they'll automatically skip the email and move on to the next step.

    Here's what's new

    • A new don't send email after a date toggle in the workflow email editor lets you set a cutoff date, time, and timezone for any email step
    • Once enabled, a banner appears directly on the email step in your workflow so you can see the expiration at a glance — yellow if the date has passed, gray if it hasn't
    • Subscribers who reach the step before the cutoff receive the email as usual; those who arrive after simply skip it and continue through the workflow without interruption

  7. List view

    Improvement

Finding what you need in your workspace just got a lot faster. List View gives you a clean, scannable way to see all your emails, workflows, forms, and checkouts in one place — with key metrics like open rates, click rates, and revenue visible right inline. No clicking in required.

    Here's what's new

    • Use the three line icon and the box icon to switch between list view and card view from any tab (plus, your preference saves automatically across sessions)
    • See top-level metrics at a glance for every piece of content, without opening it
    • Sort by send date or recipients to quickly surface what you're looking for

  8. Google Analytics for forms and checkouts

    New integration

Now you can connect Google Analytics to your Flodesk forms and checkouts — so you can see exactly how your audience is finding you, what's converting, and where to focus your ad spend.

    Here's what's new

    • Add your Google Analytics measurement ID directly to any full page or link in bio form, or to any checkout page.
    • Track key events automatically: page views, form submissions, sales page visits, checkout views, purchases, and waitlist joins.
    • Optionally enable a cookie banner to give visitors the chance to opt out of tracking — recommended if you need to comply with data privacy regulations.

  9. Import Canva Email designs into Flodesk

    New Feature
    New integration

You can now design your emails in Canva and import them directly into Flodesk. Whether you're starting from a Canva template or building something from scratch, your finished design comes into Flodesk as a single HTML block — ready to send.

    Here's what's new

    • Design in Canva, send in Flodesk — Create or customize an email in Canva, then share it straight to your Flodesk account in just a few clicks
    • Emails import as HTML — Your Canva design comes in as one HTML block, preserving your layout exactly as designed
    • Edit anytime from Flodesk — Need to make a change? Click "Edit in Canva" from the email builder, make your updates in Canva, then share back to Flodesk and choose which email to apply the changes to
    • Add blocks above or below — Enhance your Canva email with additional Flodesk blocks like a logo, poll, or countdown timer before you send
    • Alt text for accessibility — For sections that render as images, be sure to add alt text in Canva before importing so your email is accessible to everyone

    • You can now assign specific tax categories to every product and upsell to ensure the correct rates are applied every time.
    • We've added a simple toggle within your Page Settings to enable or disable tax collection for individual checkouts.
