New workflow features are here
New Feature
Improvement
Building powerful automations with Flodesk Workflows just got easier! With our latest enhancements, you’ll have more flexibility and control over how subscribers move through your workflows.
Here's what's new
- You’ll now see an “Update available” banner on published or paused workflows that have new features ready to be enabled. Workflows that are in a draft state or have been created after this release will automatically be updated to the new version.
- Subscribers can go through a workflow more than once – Want someone to be able to repeat a workflow? Simply toggle on “Allow repeat subscribers” in your workflow settings.
- Add existing segments to a workflow when publishing – When you publish a workflow, you’ll now see an “Add existing subscribers” toggle, allowing you to include subscribers from the trigger segment who haven’t already been added to the workflow.
- Exclude specific segments from a workflow – Prevent certain segments from starting or continuing in a workflow by selecting “Exclude segments” in your workflow settings.
- Trigger a workflow when a form is completed – Now, you can start a workflow when someone completes a form, in addition or instead of being added to a segment—streamlining automation and reducing extra steps.
And some improvements
- Freely modify time delays in workflows without encountering issues.
- Re-publish a workflow even if the date on a time delay step has already passed.
- If an email to a subscriber soft bounces, they'll still move on to the next step of the workflow, instead of getting stuck at the previous step.
- Choose if date-specific time delays apply to a specific year, or any year.
