Feature Requests

I often use the same links in my emails - the link for my course for example, or the link to webinars when we're launching - and it would be great to be able to add them to the emails with a simple click.

I don't need to explain why this is useful, can this be implemented this week

Sometimes I am using an icon or I have the same photo I want to use in more than one spot or in a future piece, it would be nice to have a library of all the images or docs we have uploaded to choose from instead of having to always upload from our computer.

I'm getting so tired of the same layouts. Been using Flodesk for years and there are no new templates for image / copy combinations. I know I can now use Canva with Flodesk, but the entire reason I chose Flodesk was because of the layouts. Please add more options!!!!!!

Ability to edit the content of an email before resending to unopens

Not sure if this exists, but if it does can't find it. It would be useful data to understand the 1st action any subscriber took to join the list originally so I can know what attracted them in the first place if they become clients later.

You’re able to use Flodesk like an address book AND send clients/subscribers special gifts on an automated basis for their birthday!

Please allow us to program or select STANDARD FONT so we dont have to RESET it OVER nad OVEr and OVER again from Helvetica we are BRANDING our content with SPECIFIC fonts SO PLEASE let us set ONE FONT choice and save us SO MUCH time and energy from having to reset the font over and over and over again thank u

The problem: Currently, I cannot send unique meeting links (Zoom/Cal) via a branded button. High-end mentorships and service providers need to be able to map a {{subscriber.zoom_link}} tag directly to a button URL to maintain a professional brand experience. Forcing a raw URL string into an email feels 'budget' and breaks the minimalist aesthetic Flodesk is known for. The Fix: Allow the Link URL field to accept @ personalisation tags or bypass the https:// validation if a curly-bracket tag is detected.

It would help in automating certain tasks to maximize time on other tasks.

Introduce the ability to collect quiz responses from Flodesk forms.

Ability to have multiple brands/logos within a single Flodesk account
