  7. Ability to edit subscriber email address

    I often have to redirect my subscribers to resubscribe either because their email bounced or because they have a new email address. It would be great if they could update this on their own. I also recently changed my email address and it's so nice when I don't have to unsubscribe and resubscribe. I click the update link in the email and change my email address. Thanks!

  9. A Forward to a Friend Button

    I would love to easily add an invitation to just click a button to forward the email to a friend they think would like the email or our organization :) I know they can forward it anyway, but a button with a specific invitation always makes people more apt to do so.

  10. Countdown Timer personalized by subscriber

    The new countdown timers are appreciated, but they're missing the mark. I feel like we're almost there. Whether in emails, workflows/automations, or Checkouts, the countdown timers should ALL have the option to be fixed or personalized. Additionally, they should have an option for what to do when the timer runs out. I need an effective timer for my tripwires and for workflows/automations. People will be entering the workflow at different days/times, so it would have to be personalized. So say I have a special offer for them that's only good for the next 24 hours, the countdown timer should be activated when they open that email in the workflow, and then there needs to be an option for directing them after their personalized timer runs out. In the same way we can redirect to a link in our opt in forms, it would be nice to redirect once the timer has run out if they missed an offer. Many people are looking for this feature, it's been discussed thoroughly in the Flodesk Insiders Facebook group.

    Not sure if this exists, but if it does can't find it. It would be useful data to understand the 1st action any subscriber took to join the list originally so I can know what attracted them in the first place if they become clients later.

  15. Don't include unsubscribed in total subscriber numbers

    It's really discouraging when Flodesk reminds me of how many people have unsubscribed from my list. This happens when I see the total (either for my whole list or for a segment) as one number and then see a lower number when I actually go to send an email. This seems completely pointless (I don't need to know the number that includes unsubscribes)! Please change it so that I only see the number of active subscribers (both in "you got a new subscriber" emails and in the totals that show for segments, etc.).
