Would love to be able to highlight text in an email to show the importance of that part of the email without having to just bold it or change the text color. For all my emails, changed text color means it is a link but sometimes I want to call out part of the text in the email and love a good highlighter call out!

Sometimes I am using an icon or I have the same photo I want to use in more than one spot or in a future piece, it would be nice to have a library of all the images or docs we have uploaded to choose from instead of having to always upload from our computer.

Ability to edit the content of an email before resending to unopens

I'd love to create a system where an email gets sent automatically based on the subscribers birthday and be able to customize the email for them to choose a gift 🎁

Hi, I am getting ready to launch a new subscription product through FloDesk's checkout. WOO HOO! I would like to offer the subscription to be purchased as a gift for the holidays! I just discovered that the purchaser can not be given as a gift. This is a big bummer with the holidays right around the corner. Also, I would like the purchaser to send a number of gift subscriptions to different people. Can this be incorporated into the checkout? Thank you! Sue Krizman

I would love to easily add an invitation to just click a button to forward the email to a friend they think would like the email or our organization :) I know they can forward it anyway, but a button with a specific invitation always makes people more apt to do so.

Instead of needing to go to the photo, crop do desired size and reupload, adding the ability to crop photos within the image block

Please allow us to program or select STANDARD FONT so we dont have to RESET it OVER nad OVEr and OVER again from Helvetica we are BRANDING our content with SPECIFIC fonts SO PLEASE let us set ONE FONT choice and save us SO MUCH time and energy from having to reset the font over and over and over again thank u

Would love to have the ability to do an IF: statement for an email without having to go through a Workflow or create multiple emails. Ex: If a customer is tagged Active, show this image or text; if they're not tagged Active, show this image or text.Workflows can get cumbersome when only tiny changes are needed in an email.

Me and my team love Flodesk! One thing we believe needs improvement is the workflow capabilities. I find that if I could duplicate my email within a workflow and drag it around that would be much easier than completely starting from scratch. I also don't want to make an email outside of that workflow to then copy, it just needs to be able to be duplicated within the workflow. Thanks!

In most other email programs, people are asked WHY they are leaving. This data allows the writer to better tailor the content of emails when we can understand why someone is leaving.

When I'm writing an email, I sometimes want to go back and insert an image or gif in the middle of what I've written. I would like to be able to click between two paragraphs and insert an image without having to create another text box and copy and paste things.

I just now realized I have been underutitlizing workflows and have several hundred emails to pick from to add to workflows that are empty. Here's the thing, if I can add a category to pick from, that automatically cuts down on hours of scrolling and guessing what the email I sent two years agos said. Here's my request: When creating a workflow with a segment that is already created, anything with that keyword is automatically imported. The next step would be to drag and drop into the workflow, currently it's incredibly cumbersome. After 2 years I realized there was a drag feature, I was using touchscreen until now. With what I'm paying, this should not be the case, should be fixed by now. So, your keyword, in my case "flute" every email that has been sent to "flute" segment or metnions flute is incorporated into a workflow. The next step is to make it easy to drag and drop. If I have to delete and re-create what's already there, i'll lose my flow and might as well start from scratch except I won't remember what I have available. Make it easy, maybe with an up and down arrow? Editing workflows currently feels like working with the Flintstones, please make it easy
