  3. Don't include unsubscribed in total subscriber numbers

    It's really discouraging when Flodesk reminds me of how many people have unsubscribed from my list. This happens when I see the total (either for my whole list or for a segment) as one number and then see a lower number when I actually go to send an email. This seems completely pointless (I don't need to know the number that includes unsubscribes)! Please change it so that I only see the number of active subscribers (both in "you got a new subscriber" emails and in the totals that show for segments, etc.).

  4. Ability to Crop/resize photos

    Instead of needing to go to the photo, crop do desired size and reupload, adding the ability to crop photos within the image block

  5. Apply Company Branding across all assets

    It would be amazing if we could have a ONE CLICK to apply our brand colors, fonts, styles, etc across an entire email or form, so we didn't have to change it every single time. I use Honeybook, and it has this feature - we can click "Apply company branding" and it automatically adjusts all text, divider colors, buttons, etc to our branding colors. It's a huge time saver! For example, right now every time I send an email I have to change the settings in the text area so that the link shows up a different color. It's very tedious!

  10. Tiered Membership Pricing / Newsletter Subscriber Option

    A way for audience to subscribe monthly for a small fee or to be able differentiate between your paid newsletter members and not. Maybe certain gifts or offerings are only available for paid members, etc. While platforms like substack are mainly for writers, Flodesk leans more toward "Creatives" who may also like to write ALONG with having proper aesthetics. I utilize flodesk for writing but with a creative look and that balance is important!

  11. Embed a voice note in an email

    I would love to be able to offer an audio version of my newsletter - or simply a friendly welcome message - that can be played IN the email itself, rather than having to link to another page where the audio is hosted.

  13. Edit favorited emails

    Please allow us to EDIT email templates from the "My Favorites" section. Right now, in order to make a small change, I have to use the email, edit it, resave it, and delete the old template ๐Ÿฅด It should be simple to edit a template and reuse it! Thanks!

  14. Add other Triggers for beginning a workflow

    It would be amazing to have a trigger like "when subscriber finishes workflow" or "when subscriber completes form". This would allow us to keep our segments much cleaner because we wouldn't have to create a new segment for every single form / opt-in. It could also potentially allow us to create workflows for Launches that were based on dates (like a campaign) instead of having to create individual scheduled emails leading up to an event or launch. For example, if I have a webinar scheduled, I'd love to see all the scheduled promo emails for that webinar in ONE workflow - but I can't do that because the only trigger is "when subscriber is added to segment". This is very limiting.

  15. See How Any Subscriber Originally Joined List (via What Form or Integration)

    Not sure if this exists, but if it does can't find it. It would be useful data to understand the 1st action any subscriber took to join the list originally so I can know what attracted them in the first place if they become clients later.
