Me and my team love Flodesk! One thing we believe needs improvement is the workflow capabilities. I find that if I could duplicate my email within a workflow and drag it around that would be much easier than completely starting from scratch. I also don't want to make an email outside of that workflow to then copy, it just needs to be able to be duplicated within the workflow. Thanks!

Ability to drag and drop emails and conditions within workflows

I would love to easily add an invitation to just click a button to forward the email to a friend they think would like the email or our organization :) I know they can forward it anyway, but a button with a specific invitation always makes people more apt to do so.

Introduce the ability to collect quiz responses from Flodesk forms.

(Value $1000) yours today for $497, ‘CLICK TO ADD TO ORDER’ savings goes away once this page goes away. Then they have option to say ‘yes add to purchase’ or ‘no thanks’ just order what’s in cart/take me to checkout. This is different than the thank you page, with option to ‘add new product’ which would have to take them through the cart checkout process a 2nd time.

Ability to schedule resend to unopens, instead of having to manually complete the action after 24 hours

Improve organization of segments

Hello Flodesk Team, A growing number of Flodesk users rely on AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to draft newsletters, subject lines, and automated email content. Right now, we have to copy and paste between platforms, which interrupts workflow and slows campaign creation. A direct integration would enable: Generating subject lines, email copy, or A/B test variants directly inside Flodesk Quickly personalising automations with AI-powered suggestions Streamlined editing and publishing without switching platforms This would make Flodesk a true one-stop shop for content creation and delivery, and it would put you ahead of other email platforms that are only just starting to explore AI features. I'd love to be able to insert an image into the middle of a block of text. Currently, I duplicate the text block, then delete the second half of the top block and the first half of the bottom block so that it reads continuously as written, but gives me a place to add the image. I wish I could just click and split that block and then add the image or divider or what have you.

Right now it's so limited, I want to be able to add info about me, previous episodes linked on the page eg. https://emailsbyjulie.com/

It makes my blood pressure shoot up 50 points.

Sometimes I am using an icon or I have the same photo I want to use in more than one spot or in a future piece, it would be nice to have a library of all the images or docs we have uploaded to choose from instead of having to always upload from our computer.

Not sure if this exists, but if it does can't find it. It would be useful data to understand the 1st action any subscriber took to join the list originally so I can know what attracted them in the first place if they become clients later.
