    Not sure if this exists, but if it does can't find it. It would be useful data to understand the 1st action any subscriber took to join the list originally so I can know what attracted them in the first place if they become clients later.

    I'd like a simple automation for abandoned carts. This is a basic feature that is available with pretty much every other provider out there. Customer browses>adds to cart> then leaves. I'd like an automated email reminder to recover these abandoned carts.

  11. Ability to tag emails based on their purpose, for more insightful analytics (marketing emails, paying member emails etc)

    I'd love to be able to tag which emails I sent as a part of a marketing campaign, vs other purposes (eg. I am sending you a replay of our session). This will help me track the success of marketing campaigns and see which emails were successful in terms of subjects, sales, etc. Having all emails in the same analytics category messes up the accuracy because it's no wonder I'll have 99% open rate on an email like a replay of a session with customers.

  14. Ability to edit subscriber email address

    I often have to redirect my subscribers to resubscribe either because their email bounced or because they have a new email address. It would be great if they could update this on their own. I also recently changed my email address and it's so nice when I don't have to unsubscribe and resubscribe. I click the update link in the email and change my email address. Thanks!
