  1. Don't include unsubscribed in total subscriber numbers

    It's really discouraging when Flodesk reminds me of how many people have unsubscribed from my list. This happens when I see the total (either for my whole list or for a segment) as one number and then see a lower number when I actually go to send an email. This seems completely pointless (I don't need to know the number that includes unsubscribes)! Please change it so that I only see the number of active subscribers (both in "you got a new subscriber" emails and in the totals that show for segments, etc.).

  2. Calendar view of sent/scheduled emails

    Ability to see calendar of when emails have been sent / dates they're scheduled to send on. Ability to click into the emails to view analytics.

  5. See How Any Subscriber Originally Joined List (via What Form or Integration)

    Not sure if this exists, but if it does can't find it. It would be useful data to understand the 1st action any subscriber took to join the list originally so I can know what attracted them in the first place if they become clients later.

  7. Google calendar integration

    I would like to be able to easily add an "add to calendar" button for google calendar events in order for my subscribers to easily add reminders for themselves for upcoming events.

    What's needed: ability to preview in dark mode from the email editoroptions to define the dark mode background option for layout blocks (in particular) -> they currently maintain the background as set and don't changeoptions to define the dark mode background option for text options (depending on the light background color, the default dark-mode color look not in line with branding)option to upload and use a different logo for dark mode

  9. A Forward to a Friend Button

    I would love to easily add an invitation to just click a button to forward the email to a friend they think would like the email or our organization :) I know they can forward it anyway, but a button with a specific invitation always makes people more apt to do so.

  11. Ability to drop a customer into a workflow at any point.

    We have created a series of emails that sync with the week of pregnancy, or early infant development. It is crucial to be able to add new patients directly into the specific week of pregnancy, not just start the in a workflow. They do not need the earlier emails, and we have it setup so all emails are logical at any point.

  12. Ability to add links to forms

    It's best practice to allow a user to see the links to a website's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before they subscribe to the newsletter. (This might even be a GDPR requirement?) I want to put a line of this linked text above the form fields, but Flodesk doesn't allow links in forms?! Bonus: Add some segmentation checkboxes possible in opt-in forms too.

  13. Media library of uploads

    Sometimes I am using an icon or I have the same photo I want to use in more than one spot or in a future piece, it would be nice to have a library of all the images or docs we have uploaded to choose from instead of having to always upload from our computer.

  15. Apply Company Branding across all assets

    It would be amazing if we could have a ONE CLICK to apply our brand colors, fonts, styles, etc across an entire email or form, so we didn't have to change it every single time. I use Honeybook, and it has this feature - we can click "Apply company branding" and it automatically adjusts all text, divider colors, buttons, etc to our branding colors. It's a huge time saver! For example, right now every time I send an email I have to change the settings in the text area so that the link shows up a different color. It's very tedious!
