  1. Allow adding subscribers or triggers at specific steps within a workflow

    Currently in Flodesk, it isnโ€™t possible to manually add a subscriber to a specific point within a workflow, nor to define triggers in the middle of a workflow. Contacts can only enter from the beginning. This significantly limits flexibility in real-world scenarios. For example, in my case: I had an active workflow I later added a final step to wait 29 days Some subscribers had already completed the workflow before this step existed I would like the ability to: Manually add subscribers to a specific step within a workflow (for example, a particular delay) Choose the exact point where they should re-enter Define triggers within the workflow so that certain contacts can join directly at later stages

  2. Ability to edit subscriber email address

    I often have to redirect my subscribers to resubscribe either because their email bounced or because they have a new email address. It would be great if they could update this on their own. I also recently changed my email address and it's so nice when I don't have to unsubscribe and resubscribe. I click the update link in the email and change my email address. Thanks!

    Ability to see calendar of when emails have been sent / dates they're scheduled to send on. Ability to click into the emails to view analytics.

    We want to be able to include our Flodesk analytics data in our business insight reports. To do this we need a way to connect to the data thru an API so that the data can be accessible in 3rd party report dashboards, such as Google Looker Studio, or Microsoft Power BI. Thank you!

  8. A Forward to a Friend Button

    I would love to easily add an invitation to just click a button to forward the email to a friend they think would like the email or our organization :) I know they can forward it anyway, but a button with a specific invitation always makes people more apt to do so.

  9. Bulk select emails to organize

    This will make it so much easier to organize in folders. I honestly don't organize emails sometimes because I don't want to do one at a time. If you can click multiples, that would be soooo much easier and efficient.
