  1. Media library of uploads

Sometimes I am using an icon or I have the same photo I want to use in more than one spot or in a future piece, it would be nice to have a library of all the images or docs we have uploaded to choose from instead of having to always upload from our computer.

  2. Calendar view of sent/scheduled emails

Ability to see calendar of when emails have been sent / dates they're scheduled to send on. Ability to click into the emails to view analytics.

  3. Know details about unsubscribes

Not names or email addresses, but I'd like to know how long they were a subscriber before unsubscribing and how engaged they were before unsubscribing. This would help me know if this was a problem at the front end (they didn't understand what they were signing up for), or if they just decided they weren't engaged enough with the emails to continue as a subscriber, etc.

  5. Apply Company Branding across all assets

It would be amazing if we could have a ONE CLICK to apply our brand colors, fonts, styles, etc across an entire email or form, so we didn't have to change it every single time. I use Honeybook, and it has this feature - we can click "Apply company branding" and it automatically adjusts all text, divider colors, buttons, etc to our branding colors. It's a huge time saver! For example, right now every time I send an email I have to change the settings in the text area so that the link shows up a different color. It's very tedious!

  7. Ability to see how long people are reading emails

It'd be good to know who's simply opening emails and scanning VS the people who are taking the time to actually read the content. If someone is spending 3 seconds reading my email, I know they're not actually engaged.

  9. Don't include unsubscribed in total subscriber numbers

It's really discouraging when Flodesk reminds me of how many people have unsubscribed from my list. This happens when I see the total (either for my whole list or for a segment) as one number and then see a lower number when I actually go to send an email. This seems completely pointless (I don't need to know the number that includes unsubscribes)! Please change it so that I only see the number of active subscribers (both in "you got a new subscriber" emails and in the totals that show for segments, etc.).

  10. See How Any Subscriber Originally Joined List (via What Form or Integration)

Not sure if this exists, but if it does can't find it. It would be useful data to understand the 1st action any subscriber took to join the list originally so I can know what attracted them in the first place if they become clients later.

  13. Click map or other way to show which link was clicked

I often link to the same destination multiple times in an email. It would be SO much easier if there could be a click map overlay on the email, rather than having to go back and forth between the email and the click list to determine which specific link/button/etc was most effective.

  14. Include Subject Line In Email Analytics Data Export

When we export email analytics data, would love to see a column with the subject line of that email too. Super helpful for comparing open rates and identifying subject lines that get the most opens rather than having to manually match them up

  15. See subscriber names in analytics, not just email addresses

I know my subscribers by name, not email address, and it's time consuming to cross-reference all the time. Seeing who opened an email, not an email address would be much more helpful. :)
