Feature Requests

I often use the same links in my emails - the link for my course for example, or the link to webinars when we're launching - and it would be great to be able to add them to the emails with a simple click.

Sometimes I am using an icon or I have the same photo I want to use in more than one spot or in a future piece, it would be nice to have a library of all the images or docs we have uploaded to choose from instead of having to always upload from our computer.

Ability to edit the content of an email before resending to unopens

Ability to drag and drop emails and conditions within workflows

I don't need to explain why this is useful, can this be implemented this week

Instead of needing to go to the photo, crop do desired size and reupload, adding the ability to crop photos within the image block

Not sure if this exists, but if it does can't find it. It would be useful data to understand the 1st action any subscriber took to join the list originally so I can know what attracted them in the first place if they become clients later.

Please allow us to program or select STANDARD FONT so we dont have to RESET it OVER nad OVEr and OVER again from Helvetica we are BRANDING our content with SPECIFIC fonts SO PLEASE let us set ONE FONT choice and save us SO MUCH time and energy from having to reset the font over and over and over again thank u

For example, I collect the phone numbers of members on a Flodesk form and it is just stored in their contact within Flodesk. I can't find a way to allow Zapier to access that data.

Me and my team love Flodesk! One thing we believe needs improvement is the workflow capabilities. I find that if I could duplicate my email within a workflow and drag it around that would be much easier than completely starting from scratch. I also don't want to make an email outside of that workflow to then copy, it just needs to be able to be duplicated within the workflow. Thanks!

I’d love to see a feature in Flodesk that allows for global blocks or synced content blocks—so that when you update a block (like your email signature or a list of key links), it automatically updates across all emails and workflows where that block is used. This would be especially helpful for managing consistent elements across multiple automations or campaigns without needing to manually update each one.

I'm getting so tired of the same layouts. Been using Flodesk for years and there are no new templates for image / copy combinations. I know I can now use Canva with Flodesk, but the entire reason I chose Flodesk was because of the layouts. Please add more options!!!!!!

It would help in automating certain tasks to maximize time on other tasks.
